Terms of Service
★ You must pay first to start your order.★ Your commission will only be delivered if the payment has been fully settled.★ You must clarify whether your commission will be private or public.★ If your commission is public, it will be shared on my social media with its respective watermark. (Except Twitter/X)★ No refunds.★ You must send me reference images for your commission; for expression, pose, and character reference.★ If you do not send any references, your commission may be rejected.★ If you don't have a reference for your character, I offer a character design service.★ The delivery time per customer is approximately 1-2 weeks.★ Cost per extra character +75%★ Cost per NSFW artwork +25%★ Cost per detailed character, props, pets +25%★ Extra cost for detailed background (Perspective, objects, landscapes, etc.) +50%★ Your reference images should not exceed 10. To avoid overloading the instructions.★ To request a commission slot, you must ask via social media or check if I have slots available on Ko-fi.★ You can make 3 changes or corrections in your commission, please respect every step in the proceedings, every change after these opportunities will cost 5 USD per each one.★ I have the right to cancel orders and refund money if you make me feel uncomfortable.★ The client must be responsible and attentive with communication; if you take more than 48 hours to respond, I will proceed to work on another order or continue with yours without giving you the right to changes or corrections.★ You can request that previews or sneak peeks be sent via email, or via direct message on Twitter or Discord. (@Mleonarockera on twitter, and #leonarockera on Discord).★ Your commission payment can be made via Ko-fi, PayPal, or bank transfer if you live in Mexico.★ The commission price is for personal use only. If you require an illustration for commercial purposes, printing, selling, or profiting from it, you will need to pay an additional percentage. (This must be negotiated first.)
